VISIT

The Darwin Aviation Museum is 8 km from the city centre and has a mammoth B52 bomber, the only one of its kind displayed in the Southern Hemisphere, which has somehow been squeezed inside the purpose build B52 hangar. Be amazed, come and see how.

The B52 dwarfs the other aircraft, which include a Japanese Zero fighter shot down in 1942 and the remains of an RAAF Mirage jet that crashed in a nearby mudflat.
